The 28EP is a highly versatile butt fusion machine that uses centerline applied force. This completely hydraulic workhorse fuses an impressive range of polyolefin pipe sizes of IPS, metric and DIPS. The 28EP is also capable of fusing a variety of polyvalves, pups and mitered elbows. The joining assembly can deliver 7,000 pounds of hydraulic cylinder force. The 28EP offers three pressure settings for facing, heating and fusing. Controls are consolidated to be within easy reach of the operator. The 28EP is easy to learn and operate. An added benefit to the 28EP is fewer maintenance costs and a superior return on your investment. The 28EP comes with Connectra’s limited three-year warranty.
